At Math Corporation we have designed, and we sell products used to make the calculations required by Regulation Z, the Federal Truth-in-lending act. The loan products we produce are based on a proven calculation engine.
Our product offering includes the following Reg Z loan products:
A calculation engine which is supplied as a component, to be embedded in our customers' systems. It is often used by people who want to write their own programs to collect the data and create the output, but don’t want to have to deal with the loan calculations, loan forumlas, loan payment formulas and mortgage calculation formulas . The Engine slips seamlessly into the owners’ code being called when needed.
The loan calculation engine is called the ZMath® Engine.
A desktop system for workstations which can be used to originate loans, prepare loan documents and check loan quality.
The desktop product is called ZMath® , and it can be purchased for one workstation or a whole loan department.
A web-based product matching the functionality of our ZMath® product. eZMath® also allows us to demo our ZMath® and ZMath® Engine products through the World Wide Web.
We also offer a savings calculation engine which is called the ddMath® Engine. You can use the ddMath® Engine to make the calculations required by the Federal Truth-in-Savings act, Regulation dd. |
