ZMath®EngineXML™ utilizes XML technology to provide an automated tool to access the ZMath® Engine via the Internet without impacting system resources. The XML technology provides a flexible architecture to allow it to be integrated with your existing application systems. Post an XML document to our secure server and receive a response that includes the complete output of the ZMath® Engine.

To access ZMath®EngineXML™, simply follow the 'Purchase' link on the right. Enter your estimated monthly transactions and add the ZMath®EngineXML™ to the shopping cart. As you complete the checkout process, you will be asked to establish an account on our Web site. No payment or credit card information will be needed. Once your account is approved (please allow up to 72 hours), you can download HTML documents, including schema information, detailed documentation and sample code, and receive instantaneous calculations in response.

ZMathReverse® is a reverse mortgage calculation engine that fits seamlessly into your applications and provides calculation results back to your application with sub-second response time. It calculates the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's (HUD) Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM) and Fannie Mae's Home Keeper SM Mortgage. All calculations comply with the Federal Truth in Lending Act (Regulation Z) and include the Total Annual Loan Cost (TALC) numbers and table.
