ZMath® Stand-Alone is licensed on a “per seat” basis. It is a one-time license fee. Included in the license fee is two calendar quarters of software maintenance (support, updates, etc.). Also, included with your software maintenance is unlimited use of our eZMath® product.

After the initial two quarters, annual maintenance is billed. The maintenance is optional. It is our experience that approximately 80% of users choose to take the maintenance.
